Organic wheat berries -- We grind them into fresh flour the day your order ships. Minnesota-grown right here in the valley by a local farmer.
Organic ground flax -- We use it instead of eggs, butter or oil to reduce cholesterol and avoid trans-fats. Also very good source of important nutrients.
Nonfat dry powdered milk -- Just add water to mix!
Brown sugar -- Natural sweetness with great flavor.
Aluminum-free baking powder -- Makes 'em puff up just right.
Salt -- Just a touch to bring out the wonderful flavor.
That's it! Well, that's ALL the ingredients. Nothing else.
